Product Instruction
Traditional DONGTAI modular frame, renovated in its functionality robustness and aesthetics, with the new, integrated control panel which visibly shows all the machine functions including the following information:
diagnostic warning signals.
RPM limitable from pattern. setting of take-down percentage. selection and setting of the RESET pattern. The machine is also fitted with an electronically controlled self compensating take down system and piezo-ceramic actuators.
Main Features
▲Unlimited jacquard-patterned fabrics：By advanced computerized on-cylinder needle-picking system, this single jersey computerized jacquard knitting machine can knit different jacquard-patterned fabric to meet customer’s requirements. The Japanese computerized needle selection system has three-position needle selection options – knit, tuck, and miss, allowing any complex fabric patterns to be converted via this jacquard preparation system into dedicated control commands. These commands will then be stored in the USB to control the knitting machines, which allows you to knit whatever patterns you like.
▲The cams profile, together with the double selection system are designed to give the optimum conditions in order to achieve a perfect stitch formation. This results in energy saving and consequent reduction of wear on all the machine’s elements. Each feed is fitted with an electronic needle selection unit by means of piezo ceramic actuators.
▲The three way technique selection allows the automatic passage from a structure to another one as well as the partial or total pattern blanking-off.
▲Wide variety of structures: basic stitches, such as jersey, jersey/lycra, drop-stitch fabrics, fishnet, striped or chequered fabrics, jacquard with two or more colours, etc.
